Description
WDDR-021 records hub doubling on the 2009-D Lincoln Early Childhood cent’s log cabin reverse. The Denver Mint struck substantial quantities of all four 2009 Bicentennial reverse designs during their respective production quarters. Attributed by the Wexler Team under Wexler Variety ID: 2009-D 1¢ EC WDDR-021, the Early Childhood reverse’s cabin architecture offers collectors a distinctive canvas for detecting doubling, as the straight horizontal and vertical lines of the log construction show displacement with particular clarity compared to the more organic design elements found on the other three Bicentennial reverses.
