Description
Light trails come off PLURIBUS and UNUM on 2007P-1DER-011T, from the upper left corner of each letter, with faint ones from OF and the first A of AMERICA. The entry's heading gives 310°, northwest. TrailDies' number reads like this: 2007P, the date and mint; 1, the denomination; DER, reverse; 011, file; T, trails. The middle-die-state coin has two cracks in Lincoln's head; on the reverse a chip sits in the cornice above the first column and a crack runs through the top of column 3. Jeremy Gardner found it. Polishing of the die with a rotary tool is how trails are usually explained, with some favouring movement of the die against the hub.

- Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – two die cracks are seen in Lincoln’s head.
- Reverse is MDS – a die chip is above the first column in the cornice. A die crack is seen in the top of column 3.
