Class VIII, Tilted Hub DoublingClass VIII doubling shows below the upper portion of the door frame on the center door above the steps. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: Small die gouge from upper left side of second O of MONTICELLO; slanted die scratch inside upper portion of N of CENTS.
