Description

2005-P MN DDR-064 is a doubled die reverse on the 2005-P Minnesota state quarter, cataloged by VarietyVista. The spread is light: an extra tree is tucked in halfway up the third tree, close against its right side. VarietyVista also gives it as 64-R-VIII. VarietyVista's chart numbers are UVC-1519 and DMR-067. At Stage A the reverse and the obverse are both in an early die state. At Stage B the reverse is in an early middle die state, with a die crack across the front of the bust (early middle). At Stage C the obverse is in a middle die state, and a die chip sits in the lower part of the 5 of 1858 (middle die state). Stage D (late die state) is unconfirmed.
