Description

The cow has a doubled left nostril.Die Markers: Obverse: Die crack across the base of the bust. Die gouge right of the I in LIBERTY. Die gouge above the I in LIBERTY. Two die gouges between the U and A in QUARTER. Large die gouge right of the bottom of the E in QUARTER. Die gouge inside the O in DOLLAR. Die gouge between the E in WE and the ST in TRUST. Die gouge at the rim above IT in UNITED. Large die gouge left of the M in AMERICA. Reverse: Rim cuds along the left reverse. Thin die scratch extends E from the doubling. Thin die scratch extends SE from the top of the L in PLURIBUS.
