Description
The cow has a doubled left nostril. Die Markers: Obverse: Die crack runs along the bottom of the bust. Large die gouge at the throat NE of the Y in LIBERTY. Large die gouge through the bottom of the N in IN. Multiple large NW/SE die gouges through the ST in TRUST. Die gouge below the Q in QUARTER. Large die gouge in the upper opening of the E in UNITED. Reverse: Die gouge far above the left side of the last U in UNUM. Multiple small die gouges below the BU in PLURIBUS. Die gouge right of the cowbell. Obverse:
