Description

Bar extended from the below the hand to the foot on the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found just above Lincoln's eyelid. Reverse: A die chip can be found above the N of UNUM. A large die chip can be found at the top of the left side of the second column.
