Description

Bar extended from the upper hand to the lower leg on the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found at the top left of the E of LIBERTY. A die chip can be found on top of the left side of the crossbar of the 7 of the date. A die chip can be found below the right upright of the U of TRUST. Reverse: Die chip in the field well above N in ONE centered below bay 3.
