1997-D Doubled Die Reverse WDDR-004

Description

A nearly horizontal partial extra column runs through the upper right side (viewer’s left) of the statue. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from WSW to ENE between the upper L and I of LIBERTY. Die pitting can be found to the left of the lower 1 in the date. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the left of the top of the 1st Memorial column. A strong die gouge can be found between the bottom left side of the Memorial and the O in ONE. Obverse:
