Description

Bar extended from the hand to the lower leg on the right of the statue on the seventh column. Die Markers: Obverse: A die chip can be found well below the I of IN near the back of Lincoln's head. Reverse: A die chip can be found at the rim below the C of CENT. A die chip can be found on the middle of the second S of STATES.
