Description

Offset at 310 degrees — a position in the upper-left quadrant when visualizing the coin face as a clock — 1990P-1DER-008T on the 1990 Philadelphia Lincoln Memorial cent exhibits trail lines extending from the left side of the upper corners of the E PLURIBUS UNUM letters, as well as from the S and the first T of STATES.
