190º DESCRIPTION : Moderate fluting line extension, into the stylobate, under column 3. Moderate to light step deviation under columns  5, 6 and 7, with an offset direction of 190 degrees. DIE MAKERS : Stage “B”, obverse is MDS – die gouge above and to the right of VDB. Reverse is MDS – die crack from left cornice tip, through the I of UNITED and into the rim. Small die gouge next to the last A in AMERICA.
