Description

030° DESCRIPTION : Classic trail line from the top of the 7 digit with typical distortion on the 8 digit in the form of two small trails from the top. Although there are no wide spread trail lines, this is still a nice example of that die type. The offset direction is 030 degrees. DIE MARKERS : Stage “C”, obverse is LDS – Die gouge under Lincoln’s chin. Die scratch to the right of Lincoln’s bow tie. Reverse is LDS – die gouge on the left side of the vertical bar of the T in CENT.
