D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratch SE from the upper lip. Die scratch running NNE from E in LIBERTY. Die scratch running south from chin. Die scratch running from E in WE to first T in TRUST. Reverse: Two small die chips (dots) at the top of bay seven.
