The top of an extra 8 can be found in the upper part of the 3. Die Markers: Obverse: A diagonal die gouge can be found between the lower 8 and the 3. A small die gouge touches the top right of the 3. Reverse: A short, diagonal die gouge can be found below the right end of the Memorial. A small die gouge can be found to the right of the upper T in CENT.
