Cross-referenced as Fivaz-Stanton FS-501 in the Cherrypickers' Guide, this 1975-S proof Roosevelt Dime leads the RPM catalog for the date, documented by VarietyVista with die markers UVC-583 / DMR-002. The S/S East (Proof) displacement shows the secondary S shifted eastward. Three stages: Stage A with obverse and reverse at EDS; Stage B at MDS (unconfirmed); Stage C at LDS (unconfirmed). The FS-501 listing validates this as a recognized variety actively sought by collectors. John R. Sinnock designed the Roosevelt Dime. Struck as a proof at the San Francisco Mint in copper-nickel clad, weighing 2.27 grams with a 17.91 mm diameter.
