Description

TDC-100c-1972D-06 This 1972-D Eisenhower dollar shows the familiar U of UNUM clashed through the E of WE. Also noted is the eye clash, which in this example is quite strong. The reverse shows the clash left by the under part of Ike’s chin and throat area. This particular die clash also shows a minor obverse doubled die evident by the notched serifs on the R of LIBERTY.
