Description

A Class V CW spread from a pivot at about 6:00 shows on USA, the torch flame, and slightly on ONE DIME. Die Markers: Obverse: None noted. Reverse: A short die gouge extends ENE from the top of the 2nd T in STATES. Numerous N/S die scratches can be found to the right of the torch flame and running through OF.
