The 1970-D Doubled Die Reverse DDR-007 is a doubled die reverse (DDR) variety, where die hubbing misalignment produced visible doubling on the reverse design. This variety was discovered on the 1970 (D) Kennedy Half Dollar, part of the Kennedy Half Dollars Silver Clad 1965-1970 series. Die markers: UVC-418 DMR-009 Stage A: Reverse is EDS Three thin long die scratches extending Northwest from eye – EDS Stage B: MDS (unconfirmed) Stage C: LDS (unconfirmed). Can be found in Mint Sets. Reverse is RDV-002 (Flared G).
