Description
ADC-50c-1970D-01 is an atypical die clash on a 1970-D Kennedy half dollar, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes. The clash is strong and unabraded on both the obverse and the reverse. The reverse die is a doubled die as well, which CONECA's files record as 1970-D DDR-003 (stage C), where the clash itself serves as the die marker. MDC's photos show marks made by the olive branch, by the rays, and by the arrows together with some of the stars. Larry Neinaber supplied both the coin and the pictures.
