1967 Doubled Die Obverse WDDO-002

Description

A strong Class I CCW spread shows on LIBERTY, IGWT, the date, the designer’s initials, the lower queue, and Washington’s eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: A die scratch runs SW/NE from the A to the T in STATES. A small die gouge (dot) can be found inside the upper D in UNITED.
