1964 WDDO-006 is a doubled die obverse on the 1964 Kennedy half dollar, cataloged by the Wexler team. Class II+VI doubling, spread toward the center, is seen on LIBERTY, the hair detail, IN GOD WE TRUST (IGWT) and the date. On the obverse, a gouge touches the base of the I in IN, and a scratch almost joins the tops of TY in LIBERTY. The reverse has a flared G, and above the olive branch are N/S scratches. John A. Wexler submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references. Per Wexler, it was moved from an earlier number to a new one to fill the many gaps in the listings opened once three doubled working hubs for the obverse came to light.
