Description
1964-D WRPM-007 is a repunched mint mark on the 1964-D Jefferson nickel, cataloged by the Wexler team. A secondary D lies east of the primary D (D/D East). On the obverse, north-south and NNW/SSE die scratches lie left of the R in LIBERTY and just behind the head. On the reverse, a light east-west scratch lies under the E of E PLURIBUS UNUM. Brian Ribar submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references. Wexler's comments note that this RPM closely resembles CONECA RPM #4 but sits higher and farther to the right.
