Description
1963 WDDO-006 is a doubled die obverse on the 1963 proof Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling shows on the designer's initials and on the hair at the lower back of the head. Wexler records no significant obverse markers. The reverse is a minor doubled die, carried in Wexler's doubled die files as 1963 proof WDDR-020, with notches on UNITED's upper letters and light extra thickness on E PLU. John A. Wexler submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
