Description
1962-D WDDR-001 is a doubled die reverse on the 1962-D Roosevelt dime, cataloged by the Wexler team. A Class I counterclockwise (CCW) spread appears on ONE DIME, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and the flames atop the torch. Many SW/NE scratches lie left of the profile. On the reverse, a gouge sits left of the bottom of AMERICA's first A, and a small gouge lies between the leaves south of AMERICA's I. Brian Ribar submitted the variety and took the photos. Wexler lists no cross-references.
