Class II + VI, Distorted and Distended Hub DoublingA strong spread toward the center shows as separation on IN GOD, the date, the star and LIBERTY, and as extra thickness on WE TRUST. Die Markers: Obverse: Die gouge from rim above B of LIBERTY; die gouge (dot) under chin; vertical curving die scratch to right of nostrils. Reverse: None noted.
