D/D Tilted (Rotated)Die Markers: Obverse: Concentric die scratches near the rim above IGWT and the star between LIBERTY and the date. Short E/W die scratches through the I in IN. A few N/S die scratches in front of the throat and chin. Crisscrossing die scratches in front of the mouth. Short die gouge in the upper left corner of the opening in the O in GOD. Reverse: Thin NE/SW die scratch inside the second U in UNUM. Thin E/W die scratches between the ICE in MONTICELLO and CENTS.Submitted By: Tanner ScottCross References: None known Obverse: E/W die scratch near the rim above the BE in LIBERTY. E/W die scratches between the date and the queue. A few small die gouges on the lower queue. Reverse: E/W die scratch near the rim above the BUS in PLURIBUS. Strong die scratch extends NW from the rim below the second S in STATES. Die gouge above the right side of Monticello.
