Description
S/S WestDie Markers: Obverse: Clashing of the dies show under the chin and slightly at the back of the neck. Long die scratch runs north from the top left of the 1 of date ending at the nose. Die scratches run north from the top of the T of LIBERTY. Reverse: Small die scratches show between the top two wheat kernels of the right wheat. N/S die scratches on entire reverse. Strongest die scratches show; running north from the top left of the O in ONE and south from the lower left of the O in ONE through and to the right of the C of CENT. Strong die scratch runs south from the right of the E of ONE. Die scratch runs south from the upper right of the T of CENT. Die scratches runs N/S through the lower right wheat stalk.
