Description

A CW spread from a pivot at about 3:00 shows on the date, the designer’s initials, the lower ribbon, IGWT, and LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A die scratch runs from the bottom right of the L to the bottom left of the B in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing.
