Description

A CCW spread from a pivot at about 10:00 shows on the date, the designer’s initials, the lower ribbon, and LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge runs ENE from inside the center of the loop of the 9. Reverse: A die gouge runs SSW from the lower left of the A in STATES through the upper right of the E in EPU.
