Description
A close CW spread from a pivot at about 3:00 shows on IGWT. Die Markers: Obverse: A pattern of circular die scratches can be found to the right of the bust running into the queue. Reverse: A strong die gouge extends SW from the lower first T in STATES. Short die gouges run west from the upper left of the R in AMERICA. A short die gouge runs east from the bottom of the I in AMERICA. A pattern of circular die scratches can be found running throughout the eagle.
