Description

A CCW spread from a pivot at about 11:00 shows on the date, the designer’s initials, the lower ribbon, slightly on IGWT, and on the TY in LIBERTY. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge above the right end of the horizontal bar of the L in LIBERTY. Reverse: A die gouge can be found to the right of the lower left branch.
