D/D Tilted (Rotated) Die Markers: Obverse: E/W die scratches under GOD. NW/SE die scratches above bow tie. Circular die scratch shows near the rim above IGWT and under bust running towards the L of LIBERTY. Reverse: Die gouge between and above OF.
