Light extra thickness with a close spread towards the center shows on USA and EPU.Die Markers: Obverse: E/W die crack across the top of the head. Die gouge above the N in IN. Die gouge left of the T in LIBERTY. Die gouge right of the bow. Reverse: Die crack along the eagle's right wing, extending towards the Q in QUARTER. Die crack along the top of the eagle's left wing. Feeder finger scrapes through the first S in STATES, the MER in AMERICA, and the eagle's left wing. Strong but short N/S die scratch on the eagle's left wing. Two die gouges between the P and L in PLURIBUS.
