Description
A CW spread from a pivot at about 1:00 shows on IGWT, the LIBE in LIBERTY, the lower ribbon, the designer’s initials, and the date. Die Markers: Obverse: A die gouge can be found to the right of the bottom of the L in LIBERTY. A die gouge can be found north of the G in GOD. Reverse: A die gouge connects the centers of the Q and the U in QUARTER.
