Description
A close CW spread from a pivot at about 12:00 shows on the 42 in the date.Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: A die crack runs down the eagle’s right wing. A die crack runs ESE from the bottom of the 2nd S in STATES to the upper left wing.Submitted By: John A.
