An extra eyelid shows below the main eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: Die scratches run NE from the forehead towards TRUST. Die scratches run SW/NE under the eyelid. Die scratches run near the rim above TRUST. Reverse: Die scratches run NE through the lower C in CENT.
