Description

A strong extra eyelid shows well SE of the main eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A horizontal die gouge runs through the upper first T in TRUST. Reverse: Two parallel die scratches run NE from the top of the C in AMERICA to the bottom of the second T in STATES. A short die scratch runs SW from the bottom of the C in AMERICA. A short die scratch runs SW/NE to the left of the bottom of the T in CENT.
