Description

A very strong extra eyelid shows well SE of the main eyelid. Die Markers: Obverse: A short die scratch runs SSW to NNE just to the right of the lower D in GOD. Reverse: A die scratch runs north to south between the lower E and R of AMERICA. Another short die scratch can be found between the lower first S and T of STATES.
