=1924-P VAM-1 Normal Die= 1 II1 - B2a (Normal Die) I-1 R-1 Obverse II 1 - Normal Die of II type. Reverse B2a - Normal die of B2 type. Comments: 1. These are photographs taken from an MS64 coin identified in March 2013 by Leroy Van Allen as a VAM 1, the so-called Normal Dies. In his letter Van Allen wrote: "VAM 1. No significant die dblg, gouges or breaks. Heavy radial die wear lines on obv & rev that is not that unusual for Peace dollars. Not listable."
