Description

Doubling shows on the date, the designer’s initials, and TRUST. Die Markers: Obverse: None significant. Reverse: The reverse is a doubled die listed in the Wexler Doubled Die Files as 1922 $1 WDDR-004. Doubling shows on the olive branch and leaves, the eagle’s talons, the back feathers on the lower legs, the rays to the left of the legs, and the rays running through and above ONE. A small die gouge (dot) can be found above and between the third and fourth rays from the right.
