Description
1900-P VAM-18A 2 Olive Reverse, Overpolished wings. Discovered by Michael Dustin, 2021. This coin is a Hot 50 Morgan VAM. 18A (revised) III2 25 - C4/C3c (2 Olive Reverse) (189) Obverse III 2 25 - Same die as VAM 30 with vertical die scratch in front of eye and slightly doubled bottom inside of 9 lower loop which is likely in a hub. Reverse C4/C3c- Extra olive to right of olive connected to olive branch. Doubling at base of all three olive leaf clusters, top of second arrow feather from top, back of lower arrow head, on right of two innermost right wing feathers next to leg, right side of eagle’s nostril and eye, and upper feathers of eagle's left wing. Die marker - Polishing lines at olive branch. Central area of the left wing is overpolished. Emission Sequence Obverse: Reverse: Comments:
