1888-P VAM-12 Doubled Ear, High Date, Doubled Reverse Discovered by Martin Field, February 1979. This coin is a Hot 50 Morgan VAM. ''Die Marker-''Single diagonal polishing line in hair opening below Phrygian cap. '''Reverse C3eā''' Lower inside of letters doubled in U-TED STATES OF AMERICA. Doubled top inside of LLAR and right star towards rim. Left and right wreath doubled towards rim with some tripled left leaves, Slightly doubled left tail feather ends and of arrow feathers and bottom of olive leaves. W- Rust in motto doubled at top. Extremely over polished obverse & reverse dies due to removing clash marks.
