Revised 2011, Brent Fogelberg '''3('''revised''') III2 3 - C3b (Doubled 82, S Tilted Left, Acid Treated Wreath) (187)''' '''Obverse III2 3–''' 82 in date slightly doubled at top.Die chip on right side of left 8 and on left side of right 8 between loops. Open 2 variety. '''Reverse C3b''' - IV S mint mark is filled and tilted left. Every leaf cluster in left and right wreaths has 1-3 leaves treated with acid with flat surfaces and ragged sharp edges to enhance over polished leaves. Left stem in wreath bow also acid treated.
