Description
ADC-100c-1979D-02 is an atypical die clash on a 1979-D Susan B. Anthony dollar, cataloged by Mad Die Clashes. In a hard clash, many elements of the reverse design were transferred to the obverse die, and the profile of Anthony's face shows plainly on the reverse. Mad Die Clashes shows an overlay of the approximate position of the dies when they met. The coin it illustrates is in the collection of Dale Stokes.
