Description

Class VIII, Tilted Hub Doubling Nice Class VIII doubling shows on UNITED STATES OF AMERICA decreasing from left to right. Close doubling shows on E PLUR and FIVE. Die Markers: Obverse: Two die chips above Jefferson's left eye; die chip on his nose. Reverse: Die gouge above and between I and C of MONTICELLO; die cracks on left side of dome; die scratches below O of MONTICELLO. NOTE - This may prove to be a later die state of 2022 5c WDDR-005.
