Description
2019-P MA WDDR-002 is a doubled die reverse on the 2019-P Lowell National Historical Park quarter (Massachusetts) in the America the Beautiful series, cataloged by the Wexler team. The doubling is along the outer edge of the wheel spoke nearest the woman's arm. Obverse markers: light chipping on ERTY in LIBERTY; a small gouge inside the M of AMERICA, in its upper opening; and a small gouge inside the E of AMERICA, in its lower opening. On the reverse, a crack marks the clock tower's lower right corner, a thin crack runs along the mill girl's right arm, on its back side, chips sit in her hair, and a large gouge lies at her forehead. Eric Schmidt submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
