Circular die ring on Washington's ear that progresses into a large die chip in later die stages. Die Markers: Obverse: Die ring fully developed into a die chip. Die crack extends NW from the chip on the ear. Thin die crack across the base of the bust above the ER in QUARTER. Die gouge at the front tip of the bust. Die gouge below the first R in QUARTER. Die gouge left of the G in GOD. Die gouge behind Washington's head. Die gouge below the first A in AMERICA. Reverse: Thin die cracks on the clock tower. Die crack on the woman's elbow. Die gouge on the woman's arm.
