Description
2019 WDDO-030 is a doubled die obverse on the 2019 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. LIBERTY shows sloped extra thickness, the Y's upper left branch much thicker than its upper right branch. The date shows extra vertical thickness, most visible on the 20. On the obverse, a dent lies at the rim, well above the 9 of the date and to its right. On the reverse, a long crack lies at the shield's top left side, and another crack passes through the T of CENT. Steve Young submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
