Description
2019 WDDO-021 is a doubled die obverse on the 2019 Lincoln Shield cent, cataloged by the Wexler team. Wexler sees no significant doubling on LIBERTY; the date shows sloped extra thickness. On the obverse, a crack passes through the W of WE on its left side and continues down into the hair, where it meets another crack. Reverse markers: a crack from the top of the L in PLURIBUS to a point near the shield's apex; a chip over the B of PLURIBUS; and a chip in the field over the O of ONE. Steve Young submitted the variety. Wexler lists no cross-references.
